David stood firm on the ground claiming that the cannabis plants, seeds, and other weed products captured on his private jet were legal substances that they would be utilizing for a brand new business innovation in the eastern Caribbean region related to the development of legally-authorized cannabis retail. Prior to this incidence, David and Ergen became the subjects of a press release on April 30th stating that the two market titans were arranging a group of business companies that pursues the development of permissible cannabis business around the said region. It came to light after the federal government of St. Kitts and Nevis disclosed that they were about to decriminalize the use, sale, and possession of cannabis.
However, the customs authorities responsible for their arrest were not notified about these business plans.

He was first detained when the authorities detained him after trying to run away during their initial release. This is the second time he was arrested before his reappearance in the court on the 23rd of September to clear out the charges against him.
David After the Release
Alki, the prime accused, surprised his Instagram followers with a series of selfies that shows himself, together with an unidentified court associate, attending his bail hearing. He also uploaded a quick snap video of his take wing away from the country.
On the video, he was informing his followers that St. Kitts, the country that indicted him, would not get his delicious goodies — referring to cannabis — for a couple of weeks. David also boasted on the live stream that they had already extinguished the cannabis issue, and they were already going back.
On his arrival at Burbank, California, he went off once again to his Instagram account, and mockingly asking his followers about the country where he just came from. ‘Where did I go?” “What is the country’s name?” An individual invisible from the phone screen responded: “St Kitts and Nevis.” Pertaining to David: “[You] came, [you] saw, [you] didn’t conquer!.” Then both of them laughed out loud.
Still wondering about his sudden arrest in St Kitts, David accentuated that his purpose was solely entrepreneurial, commercial, and further business development. According to him, he really wants to reach out to the said island and help them find overflowing job opportunities in response to the soaring percentage rate of youth unemployment in their country. Introducing this business venture to this faraway Caribbean region will surely provide a yielding boost up in the area.
David said that their utmost objective is to work hand-in-hand with the government, local banks, judiciary, farmers, and business sectors on this brand new business venture that employs SwissXs as the main commercial product. If these plans step into reality, a just system will be imposed, generating tons of job opportunities on the entire island.
